About Park Place Storage
Park Place Storage runs a self-storage and RV lot off the main drag in Kyle, with covered and outdoor spots for rigs and boats. It also rents trailers, and that is where the reviews tend to light up. People say the hookup takes about ten minutes and the staff are polite and helpful. A couple of reviewers called the trailers worn but fine for the job and the price good. The lot is open 24 hours and the entrance and parking are wheelchair accessible. On the storage side, the feedback is more mixed. Renters have complained about animal waste around the covered outdoor spots, break-ins including catalytic converters, and rodents or moisture getting into units. Several reviews mention rude or unhelpful front desk encounters, while others praise the same staff as nice people who make the process easy. The rating sits at 4.0 across 179 reviews, so read the recent ones and look at your actual spot before you sign.
