About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Cromwell Drive in Kyle keeps a clean, organized facility, and reviewers tend to bring up the same things: the place feels secure, and the staff make the process easy. Frank gets named for tours and move-in help. Latisha and Lakisha come up for walking people through safety measures and unit choices. One reviewer was frustrated that the monthly rate went up after three months, with no long-term price lock. Others mention climate controlled units if you need them, and a couple of reviews call out 24 hour access. Online rental and reservations come up too, and someone said the first month free special helped keep costs down on a short stay. The office has set hours rather than being open around the clock, so check them before you drive over. Reviews put the rating at 4.8 across 469 Google reviews. It's a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage, and one reviewer mentioned an elevator on site.

What renters mention
“The facility is clean, secure, and well maintained, so I have no complaints about the storage unit itself. My biggest frustration is the pricing.” – Beth W., 3 months ago, on Google
“I called to rent a unit for about a week, but that’s not an option. I spoke with Jeffrey. He told me they were doing a special to get the first month free, so I would just pay for the insurance, the lock, and the operating fees.” – Victoria F., 2 months ago, on Google
“Lakisha was so informative and helpful when it came to picking out our unit! We had a poor experience elsewhere and she reassured me of all the safety measures they have.” – Dani Q., 2 months ago, on Google
