About Otter Self Storage
Otter Self Storage sits on Farnham Court in Norwich, just off I-395 and Veterans of Foreign Wars Highway. The lot is fenced and lit, with gate codes issued per renter and 24 hour HD video surveillance. Covered and indoor storage are both on the menu, and boat storage is listed too, so a rig or a trailer has a place here. Reviews land at 4.3 stars across 67 ratings. People call the staff pleasant and helpful, and a few name Joshua for making a unit switch or a same-day rental quick and easy. Cleanliness comes up most often, which says something for a storage yard. The rough notes are worth knowing: reviewers mention mice and a gate code that stopped working, plus rusty latches. Rentals run online around the clock, with a 24 hour call center and autopay if you would rather not think about it. Units range from 5x5 up to 10x30. Drive-up access and climate control appear among the amenities.
