About Murphy's Self Storage
Murphy's Self Storage sits in North Franklin and covers more than household storage. Uncovered vehicle parking handles RVs, boats, and cars, and the size range runs from small units up to 20'x30'. Access is 24/7, so you can pull in on your own schedule. Reviews land in two camps. People praise the on-site manager Jeff, who once cleared snow so a tenant with a bad shoulder could reach their unit. Staff come across as friendly, and renters describe a quick, easy sign-up and a clean property. Others tell a rougher story about billing after they moved out, unexpected rate increases under new ownership, and an overlock on a paid-up unit with no explanation. Read the recent reviews before you commit, and think twice about auto-pay. The lot works for straightforward outdoor rig parking; just keep your paperwork close.

What renters mention
“Jeff is an amazing on-site manager. Whatever company was used to plow the property left snow in front of all the units which leaves very little access to get into it unless you shovel it out yourself.” – Rhia L., 8 months ago, on Google
“We just moved into the area. And we found that we needed an extra place to store some of our over abundance of belongings. The staff was really friendly and super helpful. It was a very quick and easy process running our storage unit.” – TexasReeferUSA, 4 years ago, on Google
“Working with Jeff made things very simple and to the point. From the contract to getting in and out of the facility, showing me options of the availability to finalizing the completion of my rental Jeff was very detailed and knowledgeable…” – Victor J., 3 months ago, on Google
