About Monarch Storage
Monarch Storage sits in St. George, Utah, and offers self-storage plus boat and vehicle parking. The place has climate-controlled units and alarm monitoring, and the team also handles local moving. Reviews are mixed on the manager. Some call him rude, and one reviewer said he turned off the power over a closed door. Others say he is attentive, once warning a customer that someone had been in her unit. Pricing gets good marks, with mentions of a reasonable rate and a discount for a three-month sign-up. Google shows a 4.1 rating from 48 reviews. Tenants describe the units as not the nicest but say customer service and price make up for it. One long-term renter has kept two units for over two years. The office keeps regular hours rather than being open around the clock.

What renters mention
“I had the best renting experience with monarch, very easy to work with. I went in 10 days into the month and said I was moving out of the storage unit. I just unexpectedly received a refund for the remainder of the month.” – Michael M., 10 years ago, on Google
“So far, so good. They have gone above and beyond to accommodate me. I needed access to get my truck to the storage shed on the side and he helped me out. They also have a good price and discount if you sign up for at least 3 months.” – Brandon M., 7 years ago, on Google
“On site manager is great! Very attentive. Informed me my ex had been there in my unit. It was during the split but I greatly appreciated the heads up. Great guy looking out for your stuff” – Thomas F., 6 years ago, on Google
