About Advanced Realty
Advanced Realty is a property management company in St. George that also offers RV storage. They have covered storage and cameras on site. The company has been around for almost 30 years and handles both storage and long-term rentals. The Google rating is 2.9 from 112 reviews. Reviewers talk most about renting, deposits, and tenants. Some praise staff for being kind and quick to help, like one agent who got a couple into a place before their baby arrived. Others complain about rude service, slow repairs, and fees. A few mention deposit disputes that were partly resolved. If you are just parking an RV, the storage side may be simpler than the rental side. Online payments are available.
