About Mini Mall Storage
Mini Mall Storage runs a self-storage facility in Nashville with covered, indoor and outdoor spots for vehicles and belongings. Climate control and surveillance cameras are part of the setup, and the lot is gated. Boats get a mention in the storage types, so there's room for more than just cars and trailers. The reviews land at 4.8 stars over 532 of them, and the property manager Michelle comes up again and again. People describe her as kind and say she stayed late to sort out a payment problem, helped one customer pick a unit size, and picked up the phone when someone needed storage set up. A review of the secure facility comes up too, along with the clean space and the loading dock. One reviewer shared a scary incident with another tenant and was unhappy with how it was handled, so read the reviews yourself before you commit. Packing and moving supplies are sold on site and online payments are an option. Call ahead for hours.

What renters mention
“Michelle saved the day! I have shared a storage unit with my daughter there for 1 1/2 years. There have been issues with our auto payments not being processed resulting in late fees and other miscommunication.” – Rose R., 2 months ago, on Google
“This is an excellent storage facility! Clean, well maintained, and the property manager Michelle Mecher went above and beyond to help us out! She was incredibly kind to us! All in all I would give this 6 stars if I could!” – Matthew L., 2 months ago, on Google
“Michelle was fantastic. She works so hard. She is there every time I am. Which is absolutely a 200% upgrade from the last property manager. He was never there nor could you get ahold of anyone.” – Stephanie T., 2 months ago, on Google
