About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Nashville has a 4.9 average across 946 Google reviews, and the staff come up again and again. Reviewers describe them as the best they've dealt with, kind and quick to help. One mentions an employee who hauled heavy items up to a unit when they arrived. The facility draws praise for feeling secure, and people note the space is clean and easy to move in and out of. A few mention carts on hand and a free lock, which takes a little off the first trip. Units come in small, medium and large sizes. Not every review is glowing. Some longer-term renters say rates rose after they signed up, and one found the entry door on the right side of the building unreliable at times. Worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit. The office has set hours rather than round-the-clock access.

What renters mention
“This place is pretty solid. I had a couple different storage units here for a few years for my business and so did a friend of mine. They used to be able to accept packages for you but they stopped at some point.” – Nick B., a month ago, on Google
“You're getting pretty much the same thing whenever you rent a storage unit, a clean unit, safety and ease of access. This has the best staff I've ever had the pleasure of communicating with.” – Virginia J., 5 months ago, on Google
“Truly the nicest staff!! Made moving in an easy and smooth transition. Chance , an employee at extra space, helped me move my stuff up into the unit that was too heavy when it got here. It was a huge help.” – Taylor R., a month ago, on Google
