About LocalStorage
LocalStorage runs an outdoor storage lot in Staunton, Illinois, for RV owners and others who need a place to park. The site is fenced and gated, the lot is lit, and there is security monitoring. Reviewers often mention how clean the grounds stay, and one calls the secure fence and gate a key feature since few places nearby have one. Renting happens online, and one reviewer said the whole process took less than a day after talking with RJ. Online payments are another plus for people who would rather not stop by the office. Getting a person on the phone is a different story: a couple of reviewers said the office is hard to reach and no one is regularly on site. One long-term renter warned that mice got into stored items and advised packing with that in mind. Another said a unit was auctioned after the website did not process payments, so keep an eye on your account. Short and long-term parking are both offered.
