About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a gated facility in Bethalto with cameras on site. It's self storage, but the same units suit an RV, boat, or other rig you need off the driveway for a while. Large, medium, and small units are listed, so there's room to size up or down. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Heather and Unata get named for answering questions and getting paperwork done fast. People describe the place as clean and well organized, and the gate code app is easy to use. The rental process gets good marks too, including online reservations and follow-up calls. Not every review is a rave. One reviewer says the rent has gone up more than once in a short span. Worth asking about current pricing and any increases before you sign. The facility is rated 4.5 from 113 Google reviews.
