About KO Storage
KO Storage sits on Ballentine Pike in Springfield, Ohio, and rents units by the month with no long commitment. The grounds are gated and lit, and the office keeps 7-day-a-week hours for pickups and drop-offs. Most reviews land on the staff. Nine of them mention polite employees by name, and a few call out quick replies and easy online rentals and payments. Cleanliness comes up too, six times in all. Not everyone is happy. One reviewer says the gate code never worked and they lost money on a U-Haul. Another says the lot went unlit and weedy, and a third describes an out-of-state call center instead of a local feel. Read the recent ones before you sign. The location sits near major roads, which helps on move day.
