About Springfield Storage Depot
Springfield Storage Depot rents drive-up storage units in a range of sizes, from small to whole-house. The lot is fenced and gated, with security lighting and video cameras, and you get a personal gate code for access any hour of the day. Reviews land at 4.5 stars across 84 ratings, and the staff come up often. Reviewers call out Cat and Crystal by name, with several saying the sign-up went fast and the help was friendly. People also mention the gate and security setup as reasons they felt okay leaving their things. It isn't all praise. One reviewer wrote about a break-in at their unit and said the door was fixed but nothing else was offered. Another found rat droppings and damaged items inside their unit. New cameras and fencing alarms have gone in since, according to a reviewer. On-site management is available during office hours, and you can start a rental online in a few minutes.
