About Jack Rabbit Storage
Jack Rabbit Storage sits at 1629 Merrimac Trail in Williamsburg, serving Kingsmill, Yorktown, James City, and the William & Mary area. Units are ground level with drive-up access, and climate control is available. The facility also takes boats and RVs. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. People describe the manager as helpful and the team as courteous, and several mention how easy the online rental process was. One renter said the pricing beat everywhere else they looked. Others note the office is clean and the location is quiet. A long-term customer has used them six years and recommends them for offsite storage. Not every review is glowing. One person got a unit on a steep incline that bottomed out their trailer, though they were refunded. Another was unhappy about a 15% rate increase and said their message went unanswered. Worth knowing before you sign. The facility offers online payments and online rentals. Hours are posted but it is not open around the clock.
