About Guardian Self Storage
Guardian Self Storage III sits on North 32nd Street in Phoenix, near Highway 51 and Scottsdale. It's a family-owned operation that's been in Arizona for over 50 years. They offer outdoor parking for RVs, boats, motorcycles, and trailers, plus self storage units from 5x5 to 10x20. Drive-up access and ground-floor units make it easy to load and unload. The facility is fenced and gated with cameras. You can reserve online and pay bills online. They say they don't raise rates every few months like national chains do. Reviews are mixed. Some mention cleanliness and staff, and a few say the place has cleaned up over time. Others had issues with management and payment. The rating is 4.2 from 31 reviews, so read a few before you commit.
