About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on East Bell Road is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle storage, including RV spaces. Reviewers often mention the clean, well-kept grounds and modern lobby. One recent visitor compared it favorably to another storage lot they'd rented, saying this place felt safer and better organized. The staff gets a lot of praise in reviews. James at the front desk is singled out for being friendly and on top of customer needs. Several people note that the team explains things clearly and makes renting easy. Not every review is positive, though. One reviewer had a run-in with James over a broken door and felt accused. Most of the feedback skews positive, with 716 Google reviews averaging 4.8 stars. For RV owners, the lot is described as easy to maneuver, with enough room for a 26-foot U-Haul and a trailer. The facility is near Cave Creek Road and Bell Road, close to Paradise Parke and Grover Park. If you're comparing spots, this one is worth a look.
