About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Charthouse Dr in Wendell handles self storage and vehicle storage, with a separate lot down the street for bigger rigs. It sits near Eagle Rock Rd and Wendell Blvd, close to Angelview, Zebulon and Dillons Run. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Mesha gets named for walking people through the rental and helping them pick a unit. Christine gets the same kind of mention, called polite and professional. People also note the place is clean and the grounds are well kept, and one reviewer says the climate control is the only option of its kind around here. Vehicle owners tend to focus on the lighting and the cameras. One left a car there and said they felt good about it. The facility is new, and several renters booked online or stopped by and had a unit sorted quickly. Worth knowing: a long-term reviewer mentioned rate increases in the second year. Ask about pricing when you call.
