About Carolina Secure Storage
Carolina Secure Storage sits in Wendell and takes RVs, boats, and household goods. The place is gated with cameras and 24/7 access, and there are covered and outdoor spots depending on what you're parking. Climate-controlled units are also on the list. Reviewers tend to like the rental process. Several mention booking and signing paperwork online, and a few say questions get answered fast. Clean units and good lighting come up more than once. The flip side is rates. More people wrote about pricing than anything else, and a couple of tenants describe scheduled increases after they moved in. One long-term tenant reported mold on belongings in a climate-controlled unit. Small stuff shows up in reviews too. Loading carts are on site, which makes moving in and out quicker. One person found the supplied combination lock too stiff to turn. Another reserved a unit expecting no lock and found one already on it, then had to call support twice for the code. If you're heading out with a rig, call ahead on covered availability before you drive over.
