About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage runs a self storage facility on Hudson Bridge in Stockbridge. The Google rating sits at 4.9 across 1,302 reviews, and a lot of them talk about the people at the front desk. Reviewers name Crystal, Francis, Helio and Rae, and the same words keep coming up: friendly, professional, helpful. One person described a move-out as going perfectly. The place rents small, medium and large units, and the listing mentions climate control. The site is wheelchair accessible, with an accessible entrance and parking lot. It's also listed as LGBTQ+ friendly. Not every review is warm. One person complained about pests and said the climate control wasn't working as expected, and another called management unprofessional and rude. Worth reading the recent ones yourself before you sign. You can reserve online, call, or stop by during posted hours.
