About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Jonesboro side of things runs a self-storage facility, and the reviews back it up: 4.9 stars across 836 of them. That's a lot of people who took the time to say something nice. Most of what comes up in the reviews is about the staff. Shakita gets named again and again. People say she walked them through the sign-up, answered questions fast, and stayed late to help someone who needed a unit last minute. Sherry comes up too. Reviewers describe the team as polite, knowledgeable and honest about what you need, and several mention clean units and a quick, easy process. The place handles vehicle and boat storage alongside regular self-storage, with small, medium and large units available. Booking can be done online or by phone, and the office is wheelchair accessible. If you have a rig to park and want to talk it through with a person first, this is the kind of counter where that happens.
