About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Schertz side runs a self-storage facility with small, medium, and large units, and the lot is set up for vehicles too. The office keeps posted hours, so plan your visit around them rather than showing up late. Reviewers keep coming back to the people. Lyle and Doug get named a lot, and the theme is the same each time: quick help, straight answers, no waiting around. The rental process comes up often, and several folks mention moving in fast or getting a last-minute unit sorted without trouble. The place shows up as clean and well maintained, and security gets steady praise, including from someone who has leased there for years. Reviewers also note a quiet atmosphere, a location they feel safe in, and locks provided at move-in. With 297 Google reviews at 4.9, the pattern is consistent. Reserve online, call, or stop by.
