About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on FM 1976 in Converse offers both indoor and outdoor storage options, along with climate-controlled units. Reviewers often mention the staff by name, especially Vicki, for being kind and helpful. One customer said she asked questions and pointed them to a better unit than they had in mind. Many reviews call the facility clean and secure, and several note the rental process was quick and easy. Pricing gets called fair in a few reviews. There is a manager on site who gets consistent praise for communication and attention. Not every review is positive. One customer was unhappy with the climate-controlled units, saying they did not feel cooled and that the indoor area was getting dirtier. That is one voice among many, but worth knowing if that feature matters to you.
