About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on King George Blvd in Savannah handles self storage and has space for boats on the lot. It is a conventional self-storage facility rather than a dedicated RV yard, so the fit depends on what you drive. The reviews are strong: 4.9 stars across 861 of them, and the theme that comes up most is the staff. Reviewers single out manager Ed by name, describing him as patient and helpful, with one small business owner calling the place his preferred vendor. People also write about clean units, a secure facility, and a driveway and grounds kept free of trash. Multiple reviewers mention coming in for a last-minute rental or hunting for the right unit size, including people who needed a bigger unit than they first thought. Units include small, medium, and large sizes, and climate controlled units get mentioned in reviews. The office is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking.
