About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Abercorn Street in Savannah. It's a self-storage facility that also handles car, boat and record storage, with small, medium and large units on offer. Reviewers mention climate controlled storage and elevators, and the place gets high marks for how it looks. One person called it the cleanest storage property they'd seen, bathrooms included. The rental process draws lots of comments too, with online rental and quick paperwork coming up. More than anything, people write about the staff. Teresa shows up again and again, and reviewers describe her as kind, patient and willing to stay after hours to finish a rental. One couple moving from Denver with a full 28-foot trailer said she sorted them a second unit when their first one was too small. The Google rating sits at 4.9 across 1,546 reviews. The office keeps set hours and isn't open around the clock. Wheelchair accessible entrance and parking are available. If a unit doesn't work out, reviewers report staff handled transfers fast, even when a door was broken.
