About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on State Road 52 in San Antonio, FL. It's a self-storage facility with small, medium and large units, some of them drive-up, and vehicles are allowed in those. The property is gated with electronic access and more than one entrance and exit gate, and the drive aisles are wide. Climate controlled units are available, a detail reviewers bring up often. They also mention the place feels new and well lit, and that pricing seems fair. Online booking, rental setup and payments come up in reviews too, which saves a trip to the office. Staff get a lot of the credit. Reviewers name Tammy and Bob for being friendly and quick to answer questions, and Bill for sorting out a billing concern on the spot. One reviewer said a manager caught a pricing issue on their unit and fixed it. Another described the facility as clean and well managed. People who moved over when the site changed hands said the transition went smoothly. It holds a 5.0 rating across 246 Google reviews.
