About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Wesley Chapel Blvd runs a gated lot with outdoor parking for RVs, plus lit grounds and climate controlled units if you need them for other gear. Entry is through an electronic gate. Reviewers keep coming back to the same two things: how clean the property is and how secure it feels. Jason and Herb get named a lot, described as friendly and quick to answer questions or sort out a problem. One customer called the place well maintained and well lit. Another mentioned being able to open the gate, door, and elevator from an app. The site has drive up access, multiple entrance and exit gates, and elevator access. Google shows it at 4.9 stars across 632 reviews, which is a lot of people bothering to say something nice.
