About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Rumford side runs a self-storage operation, and the reviews back up the rating. With 689 Google reviews and a 4.9 average, this is one of the better-reviewed spots around. The building is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking. Reviewers keep coming back to two things: how clean the place is and how helpful the staff are. One person said the manager had them booked in under 10 minutes. Another mentioned Amanda walking them through the lease and the gate code, then out to the unit. Renters also talk up the online sign-up, and a few long-term customers mention sizing up to bigger units as their needs grew. Not everything is glowing. Some reviewers say the rates run high, and one long-time customer felt increases came too often for people who stay. It's a self-storage facility, so call ahead about vehicle and boat space before you haul the rig over.
