About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Pawtucket side runs a clean, well-kept facility, and renters keep saying so. Reviewers describe units that are tidy and clutter free, and several mention feeling good about security at the site, which has cameras. Sam and Paul come up again and again. People say they are kind, knowledgeable about unit sizes, and patient with questions. One reviewer rented from out of state for a college student and handled the whole thing by phone with Paul. Another liked being able to text the manager and get answers even outside business hours. Staff walk new renters through the do's and don'ts, which helps if it's your first storage unit. Small, medium, and large units are available, so there's room to park a camper or store the overflow from a downsizing move. Rates got a mention as fair. One long-term renter had a lock replaced with help from Sam and said she never felt like a burden. Reserve online or call ahead.
