About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Fort Smallwood Rd in Pasadena, and outdoor parking is one of the options here if you need a spot for a rig. The site is gated with electronic access, and a manager lives on site. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Marvin and James come up by name, described as friendly and clear about how things work. With a 4.9 rating across 720 reviews, that reputation carries some weight. A few reviewers also mention climate controlled units and quick setup. Worth reading the fine print, though. Some reviews mention the monthly rate climbing after a few months, one says nearly double. Others point to maintenance requests that went unfixed. Ask what the rate will be down the road before you sign.
