About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Solley Road in Glen Burnie, with gated electronic access and outdoor parking spaces among the storage options. The site has multiple entrance and exit gates, wide drive aisles, a kiosk, and golf carts to get around. Climate controlled and non climate controlled units are both available. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Donna gets named again and again for walking people through their options without pressure, and Anna-Lyn and Rick show up in reviews for the same reason. People mention signing up online, then calling or stopping in to finish the paperwork. One reviewer broke a key and said the help they got was kind and quick. The place has a 4.9 rating across more than 1,200 Google reviews. Reviewers describe clean units and a rental process that felt simple, and a few mention trailer storage. Deliveries are accepted, and the manager lives on site.
