About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Palm Bay is a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat parking. Reviewers keep mentioning the same things: clean grounds, good lighting, and camera surveillance they notice and appreciate. One customer said they feel their small camper is in a good place there. The staff gets named a lot. Dianne and Claude come up in reviews for walking people through the process and sorting out problems, including a last-minute change and a billing mix-up. Several people described the rental process as quick. Others mentioned carts on hand for moving things between the car and the unit, plus elevators. Rates come up too. One long-time customer said a phone call about a rate increase got it reversed. Another praised the starting price. The office is wheelchair accessible, and the site has posted hours rather than 24/7 access.
