About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Florida's Space Coast runs a self storage facility in Palm Bay, and boat owners are part of the mix here. It's a newer property, and reviewers bring that up again and again. Clean units, a spotless lot, and a secure setup come up more than anything else. The staff get named in a lot of reviews. Gabrielle and Gabby show up by name, described as kind and quick to check on people mid-unload. One reviewer called the management team exceptional. Another mentioned the facility was a comfortable temperature, which says something about how the place is kept. Worth knowing before you sign: one boater storing here wrote about two rate increases in a year, with the monthly cost climbing well past the intro price. The intro rate is temporary, so ask what the standard rate runs. Reviews also mention online promos and a free first month. Reserve online or stop by.
