About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Tonnelle Avenue in North Bergen, with outdoor parking for RVs alongside standard storage units. The facility is gated with electronic gate access, and there is a wide drive for larger vehicles. Climate controlled and non climate controlled units are both available, and the site has elevator access and a kiosk. Reviewers often bring up the staff. Polite and helpful come up a lot, and people describe renting as quick and easy, with clear explanations along the way. The facility reads as clean and secure in most reviews, and several mention the gated access specifically. Not every review is positive. Some longtime customers complain about rodent problems in units, and others say rates went up sharply after they signed on. A few describe doors left ajar and weak oversight on site. It is worth reading the recent reviews yourself before you commit. The location is on a busy road, so plan your turn in with a rig.
