About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Tonnelle Ave in Jersey City, with freeway access that makes dropping a rig or trailer less of a chore. The grounds are lit, there are multiple entrance and exit gates, and the drive aisles are wide enough to move without white-knuckling it. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. One names Ricardo for walking them through a pile of questions, another credits Joseph with showing different unit options without rushing. Lashawn and Chris get shoutouts too. People also call the place clean and secure, and a few mention the tall ceilings in the smaller units. It's a self-storage facility, not a dedicated RV lot, so confirm what fits before you commit. Google shows a 4.6 across 574 reviews, and the office keeps set hours rather than running 24/7.
