About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at 21700 S Cicero Ave in Matteson, near the Cicero Avenue and Lincoln Highway corner. It's a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage, so RV owners in Monee, Frankfort and the surrounding towns have a nearby option. The site offers small, medium and large units, with climate control and drive-up access among the options. The location has a 4.9 rating across 561 Google reviews. Reviewers mention the space being clean and the staff being accommodating, with several singling out employees like JJ, Mitch, Sam and Karen by name for friendly, efficient help. One reviewer noted a smooth move-in and a flexible date change. Not every review is glowing. One customer complained about a ceiling hole, pest problems and a rate increase, so it's worth reading the full reviews and asking about rates and lease terms before you commit. Office hours apply; the facility is not open around the clock. Online reservations are available.
