About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on South Lecanto Hwy, and the reviews back up the rating. Out of 580 Google reviews it holds a 4.8, with staff kindness coming up again and again. Reviewers name Lisa and Arron specifically, calling them personable and accommodating. Cleanliness shows up too. People describe the units as very nice and the property as clean, and several mention security cameras around the grounds. Climate controlled units get mentioned for staying at a comfortable temperature. Outdoor parking and RV parking are both listed, along with drive up access and cameras. It's not all smooth. A couple of reviewers flagged rate increases, and one noted the office sits a fair distance outside the gate. Mostly though, folks say pricing is reasonable for the area and that problems get handled quickly when they call. The office is not open 24/7.
