About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Challenger Way in Lancaster handles self storage, including space for cars and boats. The property is gated with an electronic gate and a manager living on site, so someone is around. Wide drive aisles make it easier to move a larger rig through the lot. Reviewers give the place a 4.9 from 138 reviews, and a lot of them mention the staff by name, especially Tara. One person said she helped with every question during a move, and another said the team reserved two spots without any hassle. People also call out the pricing as fair for the sizes and say the whole rental process was smooth, sometimes handled through the app. A long-term renter of three years reported no problems with locks, water damage or security and felt comfortable leaving their things. Another found a good price to store a car. Hours are posted, though the office is not open around the clock. Contact the office to check unit availability and current rates.
