About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on E Avenue L8 in Lancaster, and the reviews come back to the same things again and again: the staff. Reviewers mention people by name and describe them as friendly and informative, the kind of first face you want when you're sorting out a unit. One customer said setting up the reservation was easy. Cleanliness comes up too. A couple who shopped around Lancaster and Palmdale said other spots were dusty and this one wasn't. Another reviewer called the lot remote and said that felt safer than being next to crowded places. Entry is all digital through your phone, with no padlocks, and people describe getting in and out as simple. Units are described as plain but functional, and affordable shows up in more than one review. It's a self-storage facility that also lists boat storage among its categories. The office handles payments and questions over the phone when needed. Call ahead if you want to tour the place before reserving.
