About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Silverado Dr in Houston, and the lot handles more than just household overflow. There is RV parking, plus indoor and outdoor storage types, so you are not locked into one setup. The property is gated with electronic access and climate controlled units are part of the mix. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Elizabeth and Silver get named a lot, and people describe them as kind, patient, and willing to walk through the options. One reviewer said their items felt safe and secure here compared to past storages. Online booking and the move-out process also come up in positive reviews. Not every review is glowing. One person reported a big rate increase without notice and rodent poison along the unit edges at move-in. Worth asking about rates and unit condition before you sign. The facility is wheelchair accessible with accessible parking, and it appears on Google as a self-storage, auto storage, and boat storage facility.
