About Public Storage
This Public Storage sits in Houston and handles more than just household overflow. The listings include covered, indoor, and outdoor spots, plus boat and RV storage. Gates are electronic with keypad access, and the grounds are lit. Reservations are free and you can rent online to skip the counter. The reviews lean hard on the staff. Patrick comes up again and again for being patient, respectful, and willing to help even after hours. Christiana gets shout-outs for a warm greeting and walking people through the process without rushing. Reviewers call the renting process quick and describe the units as clean. One recent renter had a unit assignment mix-up with the online assistant that a staff member sorted out. Not every review is glowing. Several mention rats, and one describes roaches and units that aren't sealed well. Worth asking about pest control and unit condition when you visit. Parking is wheelchair accessible.
