About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage in Hixson has a 4.7 rating from 246 Google reviews, and the staff comes up often. Reviewers call them accommodating and helpful, and more than one mentions someone going above and beyond during a move or a rental change. Derek gave one person a tour and was described as super kind. The facility offers small, medium, and large units, and climate-controlled storage is mentioned in reviews. People also note the location feels safe and units are clean. Online rental gets a few mentions, and one reviewer said the process was smooth and easy. One caution from a reviewer: they rented an 8x10 online and found part of it partitioned off, so they suggest seeing the space first. Another noted no pets allowed inside. For many others, the service made the difference. Wyatt and Justin are named for their help with move-outs and follow-ups.
