About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Hixson Pike runs a self-storage facility that also handles vehicle and boat storage. Reviews keep coming back to the staff. Derek and Nicole get named for being helpful and friendly, and one reviewer called the rental process the easiest they'd had. The location is easy to get in and out of, with direct access to Hixson Pike and 153. Units are described as clean and temperature regulated, and the property is kept up well. One reviewer had a 10x15 outside unit on a short-term agreement that stretched longer than planned, and says management handled it without a problem. Another has stored here since before the name change and still recommends the place. Some reviews mention getting locked out without a key and needing help with a lock, and the front desk got them sorted. Others note that rates can creep up the longer you stay. If you want a unit, call ahead or reserve online before you drive over.
