Reviewers keep bringing up the courteous staff, and one employee, Troy, comes up by name often, described as welcoming, patient, and good at explaining things without pressure. People also mention clean indoor units and a simple booking and rental process. A few reviewers note competitive pricing. Not everything is perfect. One reviewer was unhappy about no prorated refund after moving out early, saying the move-out date had to be known when the last payment was made. That is worth asking about if your plans might change. The entrance and parking lot are wheelchair accessible.
