About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on Wendover Road in Charlotte rents self-storage units in small, medium, and large sizes, with outdoor parking for rigs among its storage options. Cameras watch the property, and the entrance and lot are wheelchair accessible. With over a thousand Google reviews and a 4.9 rating, the staff is what people write about most. Reviewers name Alisha, Nicole, Bassey, and Werby, describing them as kind, patient, and good at explaining account details. One reviewer said a manager swapped their units when two turned out to be too few. Others mention walking the facility, practicing the lock, and getting packing advice. Not every review is glowing; one person described repeated break-ins and no response from management, and another cited a bad experience with a lock code. Reserve online, call, or stop by. If you want a specific unit or outdoor space, it helps to ask about availability first.
