About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the self-storage side of things in Burlington also lists automobile and boat storage among its categories, and covered storage comes up in what's offered. Units come in small, medium and large. The property is lit and some space is climate controlled, which matters in North Carolina summers. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Becki and Becky get named a lot, described as friendly, knowledgeable and quick to answer questions. One person stopped in for general information and left with a unit in under half an hour. Others mention the clean space, the secure feel and large elevators. The leasing process and online booking drew kind words too, and a few reviewers call it a new facility. Rate increases come up in a small handful of reviews. It's wheelchair accessible with accessible parking. Hours are posted but it isn't open around the clock. Reserve online or stop by.
