About Cheapo Self Storage
Cheapo Self Storage sits in Burlington, NC and covers more than RVs: the listings include car, boat and general self-storage too. It's a small operation by the numbers, with 17 Google reviews averaging 3.2 stars. Reviews run both ways, so read a few before you commit. The good ones are warm. People describe staff who treat them like family and go beyond what's expected, and one reviewer praised the free truck rental and said their belongings stayed safe and secure. Another mentioned moving in during renovations and being happy with the price match. Others had a rougher time. One reviewer said a call about unit pricing ended abruptly. Another booked a U-Haul here and found the requested dollies and pads missing, with no one on site to help. A third said 24-hour access wasn't really 24-hour and that online payment wasn't working. If access timing matters for your rig, ask up front.
