About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage on the Brentwood side of Missouri runs a self-storage operation that also handles vehicles, boats and records, based on its listed categories. Reviewers bring up security often, and a few describe the lot as private and easy to get to. The manager, Tim, comes up again and again in the reviews. People mention him helping at move-in and move-out, and one reviewer talks about him inspecting a unit in heavy rain over a mud dauber concern. Another notes cold water handed out to movers on a hectic day. Reviewers also mention the app for gate access and a move-in that took barely any time. Not every review is warm. One person says the unit itself was fine but the rate went up too often, and they left for a cheaper facility nearby. Worth reading the recent reviews before you sign. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking. Small, medium and large units are listed.
