About Metro Storage Express
Metro Storage Express sits near the Hill off Arsenal in St. Louis. It is a self-storage facility with exterior drive-up units and climate controlled interior units, all behind a gated entrance with closed circuit security and 24/7 access. The reviews lean on the staff. People describe the woman at the desk as enthusiastic and helpful, and one reviewer said a counter pickup with Jules went above and beyond. Another called the place well maintained and said they would use it again. Pricing comes up too, with one reviewer noting it avoids the big rate increases they saw at chain locations. Not every review is warm: one U-Haul customer said there was no way to return a trailer after hours and no word ahead of time that there was no room. Rates are billed as competitive for St. Louis, with no hidden or administration fees. New customers get a second month free, and senior and military discounts are offered. Low cost insurance is available.
