About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on N Main St in Baytown, and the lot handles outdoor parking along with regular storage units. The property is gated with electronic gate access, and there is a wide drive aisle for moving a big rig through. Climate controlled space exists at the property, and non climate controlled units are also available. Office hours apply, so this is not a 24/7 lot. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff, especially Sytarra and Shelly, described as kind, patient and good at explaining things. Several people mention a smooth rental process, a clean office, and how easy it was to switch units or move out. One reviewer said the process was stress free from scheduling through the final walkthrough. Google shows a 4.8 rating across 485 reviews, which is high for storage. The setup is simple: pull in, talk to the office, get your space. For an RV owner who wants a gated spot and people who answer questions, this is worth a look.
