About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits on Garth Rd in Baytown, and the lot handles more than just household goods. RV parking and outdoor spaces are part of the mix, along with regular storage units in small, medium, and large sizes. The property is gated with electronic gate access, and there are wide drive aisles for maneuvering a bigger rig. The reviews lean heavily on the people. Reviewers mention staff members by name and describe them as kind, patient, and quick to explain things. One noted the signup and move-in took under 10 minutes and that a lock was provided. Others call the property clean. There is at least one loud complaint about repaving trapping a customer's truck, so ask about lot access if work is going on when you visit. Climate-controlled units are mentioned too. Hours are posted, though the facility is not open around the clock. The office is wheelchair accessible, including the parking lot.
