About Extra Space Storage
Extra Space Storage sits at 5253 W 111th St in Alsip, near Central Ave. RV owners can park an outdoor unit here, and the lot draws renters from Crestwood, Evergreen Park, Chicago Ridge and nearby towns. It is a self-storage facility, so the setup is built around vehicles and units rather than a dedicated RV lot. Reviewers keep coming back to the staff. Betsy and Jacqueline get named often for being helpful and easy to deal with, including one renter who lost a key and had the problem sorted without drama. The word that shows up most in reviews is clean, by a wide margin. People also call the property well-secured and describe the rental process as smooth. Some mention rent increases and the late payment policy, so ask about both upfront. The facility is wheelchair accessible, with accessible parking. Hours apply, so plan your move around them rather than showing up late at night.
